The return of the brooch?

My thoughts always go back to this piece of jewelry that has been neglected for fifty years. This jewel that we thought was timeless, then adorned the dresses of the most beautiful women and gave a luminous shine to their elegance.

As far as I can remember, I always saw my grandmother, very elegant; she never went out without her brooch. This jewel belongs to me now and every time I look at it, I think of her, walking by the lake. This brooch, in my mind and in my memories, is her.

For a jewelry artist, the brooch represents both the difficulty of creation and the passion in making it happen. The fact that it is the most visible element of the woman attire, gives the brooch an undeniable power and offers the advantage of being able to work without any spatial restrictions.

I chose simplicity here, a simple knot that will find its place on a beautiful black dress without lapels.
